For over 30 years, Dano has shifted culture across the globe by challenging people to Live Above Normal through the red-hot burning pursuit of biblical Christianity. His motto is that Jesus didn't die only to save us but to fill us to the fullness of God Himself. (Ephesians 3:19) Through his work in the prophetic and in the power of worship, Dano is exhorting the kingdom of God to step into the possibilities of this fullness.

Dano's heart dream and felt assignment from heaven is to affect what prophecy looks like in this generation. While building on the advancements of the men and women prophetic leaders of the past many decades, Dano is compelled to activate believers of all ages, genders, and religious backgrounds in hearing the voice of God for themselves. 

 

Dano has a long and rich history of prophetic mentors who began coaching him in his own ability to recognize and respond to the voice of God when he was fresh out of Bible college. Over the years and wherever he geographically found himself, God strategically placed men and women to stir up the gifts within him and to challenge him into greater understanding of God's heart and purpose for the prophetic. Now Dan is that worldwide leader speaking into this generation and the next and opening up the prophetic possibilities of the Church today as he challenges it to view the prophetic as a life skill--not just a ministry skill--applicable to all aspects of society. 

 

Dano's non-profit organization Prophetic Company Global is dedicated to the idea that everyone can hear God's voice and know what to do with what they hear. As well as training individuals, Prophetic Company is a resource for prophets and prophetic trainers across the globe to connect and equip believers in New Testament prophecy. Dano is also co-founder of Bethel School of the Prophets in Redding, California. He has authored several prophecy-related books and workbooks including Basic Training for Prophetic Activation, The Good Fight: Prophetic Processing Manual, and Love and Prophecy: the Ultimate Prophetic Protocol.

Dano's second and equal heart dream and mandate is to change the sound of worship in nations. In 1999, after a personal encounter with God, Dano founded Sounds of the Nations, a global organization aimed at restoring the authentic, ethnic sounds of worship in nations. Dan has discovered keys to open-heaven breakthroughs over nations and people groups that are tied to the land and the ethnicity that God ordained in the people of those lands. When people worship God in their authentic, ethnic sounds, powerful things happen. Dan has written several song-writing resource books including Finding Your Song, 52 Weeks: a song-writing assignment journal, Worship Writer's Guide, as well as a children's song-writing online course. 

 

Dano and his wife Regina currently live in Vacaville, California, where they serve the local church in worship and in building prophetic community. They have four children and four grandchildren all on the red-hot burning pursuit to Live Above Normal.
